Vote in the poll.

Fated Xtasy
Voted yes. But I'm unsure.

Galan007
Nope, she's the daughter of Quinlan Vos.

playa1258
Yes. The lightsaber scene is good evidence.

Emperordmb
If she's not, having her potential stack up against Kylo's like that is utterly retarded.

Beniboybling
Also evidence points to yes, but it's almost too obvious, so I vote no.

Petrus
Rey is the ****ing reincarnation of the Chosen One.

Deciding to reboot the saga is utterly retarded

hutchy1345
Luke better show off some amazing powers in the next episode
Was loving the whole freezing thing with the blaster bolt etc
But want more...
Voted yes

Think it's almost guaranteed
Except a kenobi would be quite cool
Reincarnated chosen one is just dumb imo

Edit: This is the story of the skywalkers after all

playa1258
Kenobi does not have the level of power Rey has the potential to show.

Unless it is stacked with another bloodline...

Kurk
Complete speculation.

Jmanghan
She can't be, Rey remembers her parents, and she also probably knows their names.

None of the characters we know and love are her parents.

DarthAnt66
That doesn't mean the parents who raised her were the ones who gave birth to her, though.

Rey can be from the Skywalker lineage, but then was given away / taken and raised by another family.

She could have no idea of her true parents.

quanchi112
Yes.

She could have no idea of her true parents. Thats definitely possible.

Though I'm kinda getting tired of the Skywalkers, except for Luke, who is gonna **** shit up in the later movies.

Trocity
Luke won't survive the trilogy.

SunRazer
If he dies, it'd be better if he did in Ep IX than VIII. I mean, Han's gone, and Leia presumably won't be in IX. If Luke dies in VIII, we're not gonna have any of the three in IX. sad

ares834
Luke better survive and recreate the Jedi Order. Otherwise, we riot.

NemeBro
Probably.

Deronn_solo
Most likely, yes.

I wish they could have been a wee bit more subtle with it though.

DarthDuelist9
She should be yes, I mean she grew up on a sand planet, is an awesome pilot, is extremely strong in the Force, Anakin/Luke's lightsaber called to her and Kylo seemed to know her.

Do we know that Rey does know her parents for certain? When is this stated?

nfactor1995
It seems to obvious, but for some reason I feel like Star Wars (in the movie-verse) isn't creative enough to come up with a better reveal. Like some of the fan theories I've seen seem far to complex to be legit possibilities, as much as I would like some of them to be the case.

Jmanghan
There was this video on youtube saying that Rey is a Kenobi. :/

cs_zoltan
There was this video on youtube saying you are a retarded c-unt.

It's the force after all
