Powerful Telepath vs Most Famous Speedster.
Galan007
The only way Sinister can possibly win is if he is able to out-think Flash, and mindphuck him before getting blitzed to hell.
Given that Flash can calculate infinite scenarios nigh-instantly, however, I don't really see that as a viable option:

Tbh, the only thing Sinister probably *can* do IS get owned. Like most other non-speedsters, he'd be a statue in comparison to even the lowliest members of the Flash Family -- never mind its upper-echelon members.

But Sinister has a force field right?
Galan007
Again, Sinister would still have to consciously activate his shielding before getting blitzed to shit... Which is unlikely for reasons I already mentioned.
But even if his force-field was already in place, Flash could likely vibrate through it. If not, he could just dump Sinister in the Speed Force.

So since neither one knows each other I think it wouldn't so cut in dry. This is a random encounter so neither knows details about each other.
Galan007
^ They still receive common knowledge about one another, per forum rules. IOW, Sinister's basic powers(ie. TP, healing factor, shields, etc.) would be known to Flash.

I was reading the rules lastnight and I read they the opponent would know what has been common knowledge to everybody which I doubt the average person know anything about Mr S unlike the info on Flash.

Could the forcefield even withstand the hundreds of thousands of punches Flash could throw in the blink of an eye?

This is why IMO this rule is silly. It's not quite fair, it's a disadvantage to characters whose powersets aren't well known by the public.
I say give everyone basic info and then let the chips fall where they may. For instance, Superman is vulnerable to kryptonite. The New Gods characters are, IIRC, vulnerable to a substance called radion. I feel Superman shouldn't be penalized for being more well known, so I'd give someone knowledge of the radion weakness just as easily as I'd give them knowledge of the kryptonite. That doesn't mean the person would know where to get radion or how to create it.

I didn't bring it up to make it one sided I brought it up because it is what a first encounter would look like between two characters that have never met. To think off the bat that Mr S would deal with thousands of hits is not reality because usually there's is a introduction period before things get started.

I'm not saying you did, I just feel the rules of what knowledge people have need to be changed.

flash could simply vibrate through the field. /shrug
