Will Mime copy Added cut also?

Like if your first character uses 4x Cut
& your second character uses Mime w/Added cut
then your third character Uses Mime w/Added cut
& so on...

Will Added Cut be mimed & stacked for every time Mime w/Added cut is used?

Stacked? Not that I know of. You should get an added cut with your 4xcut, but say, if Cloud uses the first 4xcut, Barret will only use one 4xcut (but with the added cut), then day, Tifa will get a 4xcut and an added cut, and so on.

I haven't played in a while though.

Same here.

I'm wondering if Tifa's Mime also had Added Cut would her Mime copy Barret's Added Cut the stack her own for a 6th hit & so on as long as everyone's using Mime w/Added Cut after the initial 4x Cut.

If I had to guess, I'd say no, but I can't be sure. If I could test it I would, but I don't have a save with more than one copy of added cut.
