I think the guy is slowly becoming DC's Dr. Doom. haxx tech and all. He's already imprisoned Doomsday, Prophecy and halted Tim Drake hopes of escaping from his prison.

He doesn't 'rank' anywhere, considering that all he's really done thus far is watch some TV screens, and chat with a few characters.

It is definitely an impressive feat, even if Mxy was unprepared.

Despite the fact that the realm Mr. Oz trapped Mxy in was meant to nullify his powers, however, Mxy still broke free rather easily after he got bored:

Anywho, Mr. Oz is certainly being portrayed as *the* top mastermind in DC thus far. Extremely haxx/OP.

A little too haxxy imo. Where could he get a prison like that?

Null sphere's were a pre crisis concept. From DC Comics Presents unreleased final issue, which only saw the light of day well into the 90's. 5d imps used them to punish their own, and sentenced Mxy to one.

So is that what this null space is? Does Ozy have 5d imp contacts?

Ozy is doing things that Pre-Crisis geniuses would do. He's that good. Batman doesn't come close to this guy. Doom is the closest.

But given that DC seems to be merging timelines/continuities, I wouldn't be surprised if pre-crisis antics are back in play as well. As for *how* Oz acquired that prison: we simply don't know. He may have built/created it...he may have stolen it...one of Mxy's 5D rivals may have given it to him...etc.

Only time will tell. ermm
