Hello all. The movie wasn't the Steve McQueen Blob movie. The movie is old though, possibly 60's. The blob of course won't die and there is s scene towards the end where the blob breaks through a door and a man tries to deal with it with an axe to no avail. He is promptly eaten. In the end the military fires a missle into it and destroys the blob. Sorry not many details. Also I think it was black and white. One additional clue is that the army tried to burn it causing the blob to grow. Help me on this one please!
