It's kind of indicative of humanity as a whole. If someone disagrees with you, then that person is automatically wrong. At least that's how most people on this forum are, labelling someone's opinion "retarded" even before they have heard any arguments from the person holding that opinion, despite the fact that most of the time, there's no canon answer to the debate at hand, so them saying "anything that disagrees with the consensus is retarded" is really nothing more than short-sightedness, arrogance, and a backwards way of thinking. What I find rather strange, though, is that I've been here a fraction of the time Legend and Syndi have, and yet I've managed to gather twice the amount of haters the former has, and four times the amount of haters the latter has, in an infinitely shorter span of time, despite all of us having opinions that disagree with the consensus most of the time. I wonder why that is.
