Nice. Also you can add that Chewie's bowcaster is far more powerful than a regular blaster and it shows this several times in the movie like when they're at Maz Kanata's castle and one shot from the bowcaster killed and blew back two stormtroopers. And it didn't even hit them, it hit the ground in front of them. So basically Kylo Ren is a ****ing beast for tanking that shot

Yeah indeed but if you see him shooting the Stormtroopers after he hit Kylo than it didn't seem that powerful since it just killed the Stormtroopers.

True, it's still a one hit kill though. And the movie specifically went out of its way to emphasize its power

The main thing I noticed from watching Kylo fight was that his lightsaber style heavily resembled Form V Djem So. Which would make sense since Anakin/Vader and Luke were Djem So specialists, so it would make sense for Kylo to continue that.

Also I feel like his overconfidence and injuries prior to engagement lost him the duel.
