He's a universal level abstract representing death and oblivion. Look what happened to the Galactus Engine and it's masters when Death was reintroduced into the Cancerverse. She wrecked the entire Cancerverse and annihilated the Galactus Engine and all the Cancerverse forces that had leaked into 616 reality.

It was made rather clear that Death >>>> Galactus Engine + MAOs + entire Cancerverse. That is pretty damned important because Nekron is the abstract/universal embodiment of death and oblivion. Hate using abc logic, but if the glove fits... ermmnone

Does the Galactus Engine have any feats? I remember it showing up, looking all badass, and then....?

That incident had context behind it. Reverse Ritual, as Thanos had introdvion. Look what happened to the Galactus Engine and it's masters when Death was reintroduced into the Cancerverse. She wrecked the entire Cancerverse and annihilated the Galactus Engine and all the Cancerverse forces that had leaked into 616 reality. uced Death to Lord Mar-Vell. With Thanos offering Lord Mar-Vell to Death as the avatar of Life in the middle of the ritual is what devastated the Cancerverse.
