if dredd gets to cyclops he will beat his face in. if cyclops goes Full power blast on him before he covers the distance he will take him out.

Hence the crowded street, to avoid people saying Cyclops uses a full power blast.

I dont do OOC (which is why i dont need to specify 'in character' in my OPs). Not a fan of CBR battles.

oh then cyclops loses. dredd gets to him and even throw people at him. cyclops can fight H2H he is not useless but dredd will take him down very fast. cyclops cant brawl with the enhanced dredd.

But wouldn't in-character Cyclops just rake the street with a GOML blast to take out Dredd anyway, to hell with collateral damage to a bunch of non-mutie flatscans?

It's not like Dredd has to close the distance to win. He can definitely just shoot Cyclops, and IMO is more likely to do so in a crowded area than Cyke.

indeed. i just like to see dredd kick some ass so i already imagined him going for the H2H. but yeah, he can do that shit. he shot many criminals in the head while they were hiding behind a hostage.
