Lol, why would anyone pit the Lizard, who nobody sane would give the majority against either of T2, and Spider-man, who even his most vehement defenders admit that he only takes a slight majority against the weaker of T2, against both of these guys, and not even let them team up! Not that it would change the outcome, but it would at least help! Team 2 for the win.
