Didn't know hand ninja blades cut him. What are they made of, secondary adamantium?

We don't know, but they do have some good feats, like stabbing through Sentinel's armor.

It happened under Bendis haermm New Avengers. My guess is even the artist was fed up with his Cage wanking and ignored Bendis' script which was probably something like "all ninjas turn to ashes once Cage enters the scene".

Hardcore's throwing weapons and fingernail's did too

Cage's strongest that I recall feat with his innards was during Dark Avengers when Ant-Man tried to grow inside his body, the result was Ant-Man nearly killing himself in the attempt, while Luke got a tummy ache so he shit him out.
