Dream wins if he's within his realm. Loses outside of it probably but it's hard to say for sure since he has rules restricting his power.
Although, it's worth mentioning that Nightmare (who's a less powerful embodiment of Dream counterpart) did manage to imprison Eternity in one instance, on the other hand, Eternity also managed to banish Nightmare with a gesture. So that argument could go both ways.

Im aware, This was the instance i was referring to where Eternity dismissed Nightmare with a gesture.

Nightmare legitimately imprisoning Eternity came later in Dr Strange v2 #13.

'defeating' morpheus is something that would be difficult to define though, imo not sure what his defeat would even look like. maybe he'd be banished? still, not sure even that is likely. boss smiley was a sort of 'god' of his own universe but he had no power over morpheus at all. i also don't see it as impossible that morpheus could simply put eternity to sleep. he's been comatose before. /shrug

Stalemate.

Neither can do anything of permanence to the other.

Dream is stronger then the lord of orders and chaos from Demattis run as it shown in season of mists storyline . Lord of orders created a fully fledged Multiverse from void nothingness and there mere agents like Kismet , Dominus has several Multiversal feats of their own with kismet being the illuminator of all realities
