Martian manhunter and aquaman both die before Monica even tried to hurt them and Superman survives, but the gas station that he's standing on blows up and kills him.

Everyone else is ok.

I don't know the outcome of this fight but if someone were to become 'neurons' they could potentially have control over that opponents body and functions...

Anyway, this dont worked against Thanos.

Technically it should work on any one that has a vulnerable brain and no healing factor.

If your brain is invunerable enough or have a healing factor you should be fine.
