Are these all recent, or this just a compilation thread for old videos?

Lord Stark
"He wasn't gonna teach him how to deflect lightning onto your saber and *how to focus your mind to make that happen*. I wanted to impress upon people that its, you know its not really as simple as just holding it up and the lightning is attracted to the blade it actually takes some amount of focus to do that."

Ahh look at that. Its not a simple technique after all.

Zenwolf
Well The Force isn't a simple thing, so makes sense techniques wouldn't be so simply to just dismiss as easy as raising a lighting rod to a lighting bolt. I mean if it was that simple, Force Lighting would be pretty useless.

Darth Thor
On the power level he confirms Palpatine clouding their ability to use the Force does not effect Jedi in combat. Just their ability to see the future.

Wasn't that already stated though in the movie? It seemed clear to me that when Yoda was trying to see the future, he says it was clouded. I mean yeah Mace said they should inform the Senate that their ability to use The Force had diminished, but then that sounds better than saying.

"We should inform the Senate that we can't see into the future."

The whole scene more implies it was just seeing the future thing, not overall. Though nice to have confirmation I suppose.

There were members suggesting for years that Palpatine was amped during the whole PT due to that line, and was use that in versus debates.

I think a Legends source book has also debunked it though.
