...Don't see why Spidey couldn't just web Cyber down and then punch his face in. Seeing as how that Cyber's "Claws" are really to little be any good against the webbing.

Cyber should smear Parker into paste.

Yeah I guess spidey can win some: ie he can web cyber in the eyes temporarily blinding him and then attacking him etc and or just jumping around him dodging his attacks and then attacking cyber when he gets the chance ..

Has Cyber's "Super Strength" ever been nailed down? Cause it seems to vary so Spidey could be considerably stronger then him.
