This is two DC guys, so I feel safe responding without activating your bias boner.

I was always pretty high on Synn's ability to f*ck with the fundamental forces of reality. And iirc, the JSA only took him down in that one uber incarnation through an Nth metal plot device. Did Monarch only lose when Prime breached his suit? I'm unsure Synn would survive the resulting blast, so this might be mutual annihilation.
