In a foot race around the world.

Who wins?

i've seen all kinds of combat/reflex related material for val, but i've never seen his foot speed demonstrated i don't think. can he actually run super fast too...?

He moves fast in small spaces, but I don't think I've seen him actually run -- most of the time he doesn't need to, because he plays defensively against high-speed attacks, and would rather dodge/redirect the attack.

He one shots Quicksilver.

Val in a stomp.

I'd have to say QS decisively.

QS wins a race. No question.

Val wins a fight just as convincingly

Okay that is my bad, I didn't see this was a foot race. I'd say Val could move faster in dodging and in short bursts(I don't see QS dodging speed force infused lightning) but yeah he loses a race.

He'd still pimp slap Pietro in a fight though.
