Vol. 2 made it clear Elaine isnt omniscient (there are things she doesnt know as opposed to Presence who was confirmed to know all infinite possibilities from creation to its end) and also she is clearly below Presence holistically so she isnt omnipotent like Presence. She is omnipotent in her own creation but that is only when Presence is outside said creation. Weve seen Lucifer take out the nigh omnipotent Titans about to take the mantle of Yahweh, can he defeat Elaine?

Lucifer wins. Unless I'm remembering wrong, all she has is Michael's power, so she's not omnipotent just really powerful.
