Whose illusions win out?

If this is Jason, then it's weird. There've been some depictions that portray his powers as non-telepathic. If that's the case, then it'd be a quick draw.

Otherwise, yeah, Fantomex probably blocks out Jason's illusion while casting his own.

Fantomex shoots him in the head.

His reflex and reaction speed is way way above Jason's.
