What has Lex done with his armour? It's offense hasn't been too impressive from what I've seen.

Doesn't Lex have a Mother Box? He should win, just because of that.

Tony should win.

Lex might be smarter but Tony has the experiance in this field. The only armor from Lex that is superior to Tonys best is the PC Armor he had, the one that stalemated PC Supes.

Suddenly just pictured Lex walking utp to Tony in his Tuxedo saying "I had to stop off and get my Power Suit" like he did in JLU.

Lex honestly hasn't done much in his new armour. Sure there are extrapolations and stuff but IM has so many feats to draw on, even when limiting him to one armour.

Lex would hostile takeover Stark Industries and posses all of Tony's armors.

Cause that is how Lex does things.

Tony has ALOT of experience fighting off and coming back from that particular method of attack too lol

He has alot of knowledge and experience. Lex is shown to be a pompous ass but not that competent in his armor.

Lex wins this, reason being his motherbox and apok upgrades.

Agreed.
And even then, Tony has the experience. Add up all the time Luthor's spent in his armor, ever, and it doesnt come close to Tony, who does more than just stand around plotting, and losing to the same guy repeatedly.

Yes he has two or 3 times IIRC only on one he was wearing a force field

Action comics 968 he displays a force field around the neck when the godslayer tried to cut his cut his head off.
