Which is the best worst episode of Dragon Ball Super series and why?

Hard to label one as super worst. I'd divide it like:

60% = pretty bad.
20% = worst
10% = super worst
1% = ok
9% = filler

Only 9% filler? Really? I'd say it's more like:

1% = Good
4% = Fair
60% = Mediocre
20% = Bad
15% = Filler

That second episode with Android 17 and the poachers was pretty awful. That episode where everybody was fighting over what wishes to make with the dragon balls sucked. Hmm. I'd say the reveal of Goku Black's true identity is the worst for me. YUGE letdown.
