Darkseid has grown quite a bit in power since Hunter Prey. Can't say much about Thanos until Thanos 11 comes out, but if he is capable of going at it with a fully powered Phoenix avatar, he would also be comfortably above the weight class here.

Not really, or Batman would always be able to bring his Batmabile to fights. They all mainly operate without the use of these objects. If they were allowed though, I can see your point.

Yeah Apoc always has tech on him, but the moment he gets out of control, Thanos or Darkseid would send him to oblivion.
