I've seen it go both ways.. And even treated equally(I think ).

yeah marvel has never been very consistent on this point, which is pretty silly. we had mags' consciousness keeping up with monica in her light form too, iirc.

anyway i'd say he could get off a tp blast before they blitz him, but it could be as easy as a quick draw i guess.

J'onn has seen light move in slow motion, they ain't speedblitzing him.

i was wondering about that... then he should be able to tp the sh!t outta them.

The only thing that I have against J'onn just going in and sweeping, is his resolve to take action. I can't really comment too much on America as she lacks character development.
