Anakin Skywalker in the mindset/power level he was in on Mustafar against Kenobi. Darth Vader as of his fight with Ben Kenobi in ANH. All-out fight, to the death.

Who wins and why?

Anakin, Vader doesn't have the defensive skill or the speed that Obi had at that time

Vader quickly bisects his younger self while Anakin is busy twirling his saber like an idiot.

In Legends Anakin wins.

Vader, absolutely.

OT Vader kills himself

Mustard Anakin.

ANH Vader has sources saying he is stronger and weaker than his MF self.

So it depends which ones you want to take.

Either way.

Probably ANH Vader.

I mean weaker

Anakin takes sabers, Vader takes Force, not sure about all-out.

Anakin in sabers for sure and probably all-out. He's too fast for Vader to keep up with in the long-run and ANH Vader is not 100% familiar with his suit's weaknesses yet.

Not sure but probably leaning towards Vader given Mustafar Anakin's mental state.
