Every major character has a ridiculous amount of plot armor, so you could analyze everyone and come up with dozens of instances of the plot saving them. But I doubt the characters in Rebels have more cases of plot armor than characters in The Clone Wars or the movies.

Yep. I've always found plot armor to be a rather silly complaint. But that example in the OP is pretty bad.

R2 survived a direct shot to the dome from Vader's TIE Advanced X1 in ANH, he's clearly a Bedlam Spirit in droid form.

Not really erm Anakin must just be a mug with two sabers. The fight mostly consisted of Barriss running around the temple
