Most people know about this, though wasn't sure if there had been a thread made on it.

Thoughts on this?
"Every Star went dark"
This was regarded as a possible future.

DarthAnt66
Believe it or not, this topic has been the source of significant discussion.

mmm

Thoughts: Gideon, AP?

In terms of feats, it would shit on everything up to, It taking every single Jedi Spirit in history to Cut DE Sidious's connection to the force temporarily.

DarthAnt66
That's... not even a thing.

It was holding him from returning from the Netherworld, cutting him off from the Force was a Luke, Leia and Ben thing.

What does this have to do with combat ability, and why should we care?

MythLord
And again this is just a possible future, and is without context. We dunno how he did it. And visions aren't exactly 100% bulletproof in Star Wars, either.

It took thousands of Sith lords to create Nathema.
The Ritual no matter how it was achieved is still beyond anything.

Glad Vitiate is not canon and never will be. Same for SWTOR

Well technically they are canon, just Legends canon.

AncientPower
It's more than just one vision though, which is what the Sheev brigade is desperate to ignore. This is a re-occurring theme with Vitiate's very existence threatening the galaxy. Moreover, the whole crap about needing a ritual and billions of deaths is irrelevant as soon as we get to Shadow of Revan because numerous Force users feel the threat and receive visions of galactic destruction induced by Revan's attempts to resurrect Vitiate.

It's honestly adorable by now.

What the hell does Plagueis and Sidious affects on the cosmic force through Ritual have to do with combat, and why should we care.

FreshestSlice
Nothing, which is why I don't give a shit about it.

Then why did you post in this thread?

Sound argument, everything debunked.

AncientPower
It's not just something that appears in visions though. erm

All I care about is combat ability, and I'm wondering why this is relevant. No one ever doubted Vitiate could consume the galaxy. He had an entire ritual designed around it. It has no bearing on how powerful he may or may not be, and thus is not worth discussing. I'm wondering why you think this is.

Lmfao, you are dead wrong. It's a clear showing of ones power.
Nathema took thousands of Sith lords.
This is on a whole other level. What you think anyone with the right knowledge could do it?
you're deluded.
