I'll go with Darksaints answer. Both of them.

Cap, Bruce, and Castle would make a pretty awesome "odd couple" trio, considering they each represent specific points along the sliding scale of hero/anti-hero.

Would probably end up as Cap constantly trying to take vigilantes Bats and Punisher down, Batman trying to one up Cap like he's Superman/take Castle down, and Castle trying to beat Bruce and stay out of Caps way.
