What happens

Caps shield is dented/destroyed

Mljonir is destroyed

StiltmanFTW
Interesting question, actually.

When Thor dented it in Standoff, he was powered by Odinforce, wasn't he...

Damborgson
Yeah that was king Thor

Prof. T.C McAbe
Dented if at all. Mjolnir stays the way it is.

Mjolnir has really shitty durability, it's Thor's energies imo that allow it to do crazy stuff.

Damborgson
I can't think of single instance where Mjolnir has shitty durability?

leonidas
dents the shield, hammer is maybe cracked--or would have been in the past. current uru is much stronger than it has been shown to be in the past though so probably no damage to the hammer at all.

much better thread. thumb up

Stoic
The shield underwent an upgrade so unless writers forget about this it is possible that both objects remain unscathed. In some instances I could see the shield cracked, and the hammer busted in others nothing happens to either.

Because you don't want to think.

All of those exampls are insanely powerful characters.

Definitely not low showings for Mjolnir.

That's like saying someone has shit durability because Wolverine cut them.

Beat me to it.

Mjolnir has tanked such absurd levels of power that when its broken its a testament to the power of the character or in Bor's case, the hardness of his abs lol.

Low showings would come if say, Hulk punched it and it cracked.

Durability of Mjolnir depends on the enchantment or power flowing through, although some stories contradict this theory.

Mjolnir is a thicker than the shield. So if the shield is slightly more durable then it must dent regardless. With WBH, both are destroyed.

Stoic
Nul crushed a hammer of similar durability. I don't think that this would have anything to do with Mjolnir having a low showing. WB Hulk IMO would beat the mess out of Perrikus for example. The hammer has never been impossible to crack, nor has the shield. This depends on the writer as I mentioned earlier.

Mjolnir is supposed to be indestructible.

celeyhyga17
mew mew >>>>> nul hammer. there's no comparison.

Supposed to be, but indestructible were meant to be broken in comics.

Silent Master
Nothing happens, as the Hulk can't lift Mjolnir. smile

celeyhyga17
Mew mew did make multiple depressions on Agger's vibranium/adamantium door.

That's not what the book said, or is it? The Serpent's weapons were supposed to rival Mjolnir. Indestructible? No such thing exists in comics, or the Destroyer wouldn't have been said to be more durable than Mjolnir. The Destroyer was also said to be indestructible. Just take it with a grain of salt. At certain levels beyond Herald to Trans, possibilities open which allow for the suspension of disbelief.

So are we to assume that for the purpose of the thread WBH is Worthy to Wield Mjilnor????

Cause if not he isn't doing much at all.

if so I'd say he dents the shield or cracks it.

TethAdamTheRock
WBH is worthy for this thread

Insane Titan

ShadowFyre
That or he misses and breaks his own foot.
