Incredible Hulk didn't make enough moolah and Universal still has a stake in the cinematic rights to the character correct? Not enough profit to be had by the house of mouse.

Not until Universals rights revert back to Marvel. Disney doesn't need to make a standalone Hulk movie as long as they keep using him the way they're using him anyway.
