Oh okay. You mean items of power on his case. Doom has a time machine. I think he'd be able to rip them all off. Thanos with the OH would probably be the toughest, if not impossible, unless he wanted to lose it.

He steals Superman powers then somehow loses to depowered Superman. Luthor style.
