Some are much stringers and others are weaker

I think that Superboy Prime and Superman Prime are physically stronger than Thanos but that they would lose against him.

Old 80's Byrne Superman?

PC Superman and Trinity Superman.

Superman has been at LEAST Thanos-class since OWAW against the Imperiex Probes. no one can deny this honestly.

Ultraman- Thanos level when fully high on green mist
KC Superman- ABOVE Thanos level
Superboy Prime- A TIER ABOVE THANOS
Superman Prime - 2 TIERS ABOVE THANOS

Nearly every version of Superman is stronger and more invulnerable than Thanos.
None are at his overall level in terms of overall power.

Well Galactus' Punisher drones were powerful enough to push Marvel heroes around during the first Secret Wars, and Thanos broke them like toys. This was of course before the God Quarry plot. I think that we need to see just how powerful Thanos currently is. He may be a decent amount more powerful than he used to be, or not at all.
