The Hand is mainly shitty fodder while the court had impressive fighters with HFs.

Court had their fodder too. Otherwise, Babs and that guy running for public office never would have stopped their Talons.

On average, one Talon could give Dick a hard time. That beats The Hands average, but imo Hands elites outdo Owls elites (Elites like Gorgon, who has a better hf and should tear through Dick without a challenge..)

Courts fodder is more formidable. Batman with prep had a hard time with them, and that's was with prep.

Plus, Felix Harmon wins.

The hand wins. The court having more formidable fodder doesn't matter when the hand outnumbers them thirty to one and it really doesn't matter when they have better high level warriors.
