As of right now, Hourman wins. If/when Manhattan's hype turns out to be legit, though, he'll be WAY above the 'gog.

Agreed.

Makes you wonder what the source of his power is, since Matt himself claimed the 'gog was a 4d power, compared to an Imps 5d.

Manhattan always seemed chronal in nature, but that can't be the case if he's as far above Mxy as he implies.

Dr Manhattan goes from low herald level to abstract level depending on how you want to read things prior to his normal DC involvement.

Without his current hype the same arguments that you could make for Surfer against him are valid. With the hype, he is just too much. It is not a good fight either way.

Hourman wins, currently.
If and when Doc gets some more feats under his belt, it might go differently (for me).
