Galactus looking for a new Herald, plucks Luthor from DC Universe and bless him with the power of Surfer.

Luthor being in amazement fly through space so fast that he is transported back to DC Universe.

What do you think Luthor goals would be and would he succeed or would he be a failure of a Herald?

Hed probably get crushed by Clark soon as he realized he didnt have to hold back.

Luthor would prolly grow himself some hair first.

With this, he will no longer have any reason to hate Superman.

He now ends up replacing Batman as Superman's BFF.

most recently, he has "acquired" powers through mother-box tech. He decided to become a hero. So I do think if he gets SS's powers in marvel, he will likely do the same thing.

His more power hungry version would likely use those powers to claim control until someone stopped him,.
