Lex Luthor and FF Ultron gets 1 day of prep and basic knowledge of their opponents, while Gilgamesh and HP DD gets only 1 hour of prep but for the sake of the battle they now have perfect teamwork.
The fight takes place an empty indestructible planet similar to Earth (but with no animals or people, just plants and stuff). FF Ultron has access to his army of robots used in his war with Kang. I'm not sure if the warsuit is standard gear for Lex or not, compared to his usual business suit, so someone please help me out.
BFR and reality warping is banned, and so is time manipulation
