What am I missing here? Some random DC powerup that will stop Dick from being disintegrated?

Dick is crazy skilled - one hit from Blockbuster should kill him, but he always manages to survive somehow.

Havok sucks at aim, sucks at speed, sucks at taking hits, sucks at everything.

Dick just needs to dodge and punch him in the face.

Havok has dozens of omnidirectional attack feats, and is frankly just in another power class. There's literally no way for Dick to win this in a forum setting.

Havok doesn't suck at aim, speed and durability.

Stilts, post that Dick vs the JLA scan you love. You know you want to.

Havok messes Nightwing up. The only chance Dick has is if Havok gets too distracting at staring at his butt and gets tagged by a hard baton to the mouth.

Havok. He hits, he beat Dick and then actually dick him..
