Dazzler wins. She's on a completely different level : she's absorbed the sound of a massive tsunami wave to turn it into a laser to vaporize thousands of tons of water, she's devoured Klaw (a very powerful meta made of living sound), in her appearances in the later Excalibur series she's made light constructs (shields and stuff).

Dazzler KO'd Black Bolt recently. She references the older showing too, so it should be canon.

I completely forgot about that showing. I thought you guys were referencing that issue where Black Bolt amps Dazzler and they kill Thanos.
