One have to keep in mind that his SS guides his aiming so without SS his webs won't be useless but certainly less effective.

Even without the SS, he was webbing Matt up without a problem:

Random scans from the same story.

Matt used special gas bullets to nullify his SS. And he's STILL above peak human level in just about everything, from strength to agility, speed, and aim with his web shooters.

Scratch that, the top scan clearly isn't from the same story.

I do own the comic, ftr. Just grabbing these off Google image search.

the ss is important when using it in battle, i think majorly reaction time, the web however is his strength(what is a spiderman with agility, reflexes, strength, speed without the webs)for me the webs are more important. And as it has been shown he can still do well without ss.

I think webbing is more important to him.

Apart from the obvious (transportation; without it he's literally stuck. I mean he could jump about, but it would really hamper his effectiveness), when Spidey got his powers, the first thing he did was invent the webbing.
