What if Yoda had been at the Jedi Temple during operation knightfall? Who would have won?

Well Vader has an army. One on one I'd say a no-holds-barred Yoda still wins via superior mastery and versatility. In a generic lightsaber duel Vader likely wins.

Vader b/c of jedi-morals affecting Yoda. (e.g limited offensive TK)

Up until ESB what has Vader done aside from nearly lose to a clone of Maul and featless jedi?

Vader beat Mace in the RotS game. Mace beat Palpatine. There will be no stomping in this fight.

Keep in mind that, in the same game, Vader is pressured by Serra Keto and very nearly beaten by Cin Drallig. Is the RotS video game really a reliable source?

Cin Drallig was the battlemaster of the temple; trained by Yoda. The jedi thought he was the last guy who had a chance at stopping Vader. Definitely not an easy opponent.

The Serra Keto duel was noticeably shorter than the others, so I'm not sure what you mean by "pressured".

I don't think Kurk is being serious about Anakin fighting Mace. Its obviously not valid.
