I'm interested in how it turns out as long as WB's don't mess around with it.

Steven Spielberg is the biggest name director to get recruited for a comics adaptation since Marvel Studios got Sir Kenneth Branagh to direct the first THOR movie.

It is intriguing, and hearing how Spielberg has actually been interested in Blackhawk since the early 1980's, it seems like such a perfect fit for him I wonder how it didn't see it earlier.

Hopefully he is directing (not just producing) and goes ahead with this.

Hopefully they base this off the 80's comic run of Blackhawk. That series rocked.

Spielberg is the biggest name you can get. Now, if WB can get George Miller and Matthew Vaughn.

Don't forget Mikey McBay...They are trying to get him too...

Micheal Bay is the worst one to get, But its the DCEU we're talking about here they'll take anybody.
