How powerful was Nul, exactly? When separated from the Hulk?

Banner needed Strange's help in order to deal with him, right?

The implication is that Nul was about equal to his WWH levels. So it pretty much depends on where you see Chulk stack up against Pak Hulk before Worldbreaker.

Also he tanked Iron Fist punching through him in the heart. Great feat for Nul

Nul ran through nearly everyone that came his way from Strange to Namor and Red She Hulk, etc...

Chulk (basically Hulk) is a beast as well. Split imo.
