Luthor curbstomps. Way more durable, clever, and his Motherbox armor allows him to nearly kill Superman (no kryptonite or Red Sun necessary). He's also a far superior character. With a bit of plot, Luthor can figure out Gladiator's weakness mid-battle and make the purple alien lose confidence and thus strength

Otoh, I reckon Glads kills him lol.
