"Canon Luke" in the OP makes this thread a lot more problematic. Old-canon Luke (EU) dominates without breaking a sweat. Current-canon Luke really lacks feats compared to anyone who's established in comics.

Compared to what? Compared to EU Luke, yeah, he's a weakling if we just go feat for feat.

Not necessarily, but we also can't just transfer feats. The gulf between the two is enormous, tbh. "Has he tried and failed to do {X}?" is a far cry from proving he can.

Slade is easily one of my favorite DC characters, but this is a mismatch. Luke easily takes this.
