Julia. Physical stats are comparable. Jessica got better mobility (she can fly/glide) but Julia's web's are psionic in nature (she don't really have to aim them). She wraps up Jessica then KOs her.

The psi webs rip under the right conditions. If Jessica does her homework she should manage.
