I dont think Man Thing Burning Touch will do enough, and Krakoa cannot KO Man Thing who will be immortal due to Krakoa's very presence.

Well if Man-Thing has that serum blood could he take over the Island if he dripped a drop of it on Krakoa. Sorta like how God created Eve from Adam's rib.
