Graviton suspends Thanos mid-air, Magneto fetches one of Hawkeye's arrows and Nefaria sticks it in Dione's brain.

Meanwhile, in this fight, nefaria is going to lay into him while magneto manipulates the metals in his blood/suit to hinder him and graviton is going to increase his weight so much that he'll have trouble moving. They can give him problems and maybe even win a fight or two, but they are going to lose.

Nefaria is a weak willed, weak minded simpleton these days. Thanos could take over his mind and have him beat the life out of his partners. Read the Infinity Siblings. It gives mention of how powerful a telepath he is concerning how well he did against Galactus. He may be able to take control of both Nef, and Graviton.

I'm not seeing the struggle that you see at all.
