Well in days of future past The Sentinels could be tricked. Didn't Multiple Man and Laya Miller effect sentinels with information. If they did then Sentinels can still be fooled.
Remember how Kitty and her daughter fooled them in an alternate time line.
So you see that this case holds up even if Deadpool attacked Sentinels and proves Deadpool ain't no fool.
