We now know a Sith's red blade essentially comes from a Jedi's kyber crystal that has been made to "bleed" by a dark sider-

So my question is- once a crystal has been corrupted, can it be incorrupted by a Jedi, or is it permanently tarnished by the dark side?

Talking about canon.

Depends what the writers want to make of it. I'd say yeah, a hint of its experiences may remain, but it can go back to exerting light side energies later. And in canon, students make their clear crystals turn a color specifc to them, so it would make sense as well.

And it'd serve the plot well.

Talking about canon. Yes.

In fact, Ahsoka 'healed' the red/corrupted kyber crystals she took from Sixth Brother's lightsaber... That's where the white crystals in her newer sabers came from:

Yes. Ahsoka did so to an inquisitor's saber.
