Bushmaster should stomp.

Bushmaster wins IMO. We've seen Cage take hits from Diamondback, Iron Fist, headers with garbage trucks, explosions, even Judas bullets now, just to name some feats, all without any lasting damage. Yet this guy was able to actually hurt Cage in a meaningful way. Bushmaster hits like a phucking truck (or, actually harder, if the garbage truck/SUV feats are an indicator), and he is also plenty fast and skilled enough to tag T'Challa. And durable enough to survive blowing himself up.

T'Challa still looks faster and more skilled. He's not as strong as Bushmaster but should be strong enough to hurt him. Cap and WS seemed to be able to hurt BP through his suit just fine, and since T'Challa seems just as strong as Cap/WS and Bushmaster is not as durable as the BP suit it only makes sense that T'Challa can hurt him.

That said, I'm still leaning towards Bushmaster for the majority win, simply because he's a lot tougher. T'Challa makes him work for it though.

I'm assuming the OP also means regular level Bushmaster. Not amped-shot Bushmaster. Because giving him the amp and taking T'Challa's suit at the same time would be very unfair IMO.
