Imo Rogol is a bigger threat.

I have a feeling that Rogol Zaar is Doomsday + Zod

Rogol is lame characters honestly.

There's some contradictory evidence on Rogol. He appeared more powerful than Superman. In the latest issue, Superman said they were evenly matched. However, Superman was fighting Rogol plus a bunch of other guys at the same time. And Superman sometimes overrates people.
